Being held in mid-summer the weather is usually warm and dry, with great facilities, food and refreshments and ample FREE parking.
Thames Valley Repeater Group (TVRG) have managed to aquire a new batch of Key KM3000 & KM4000 Mobile Radios for sale at this year’s McMichael Radio Rally.
The Radio’s are being pre-programmed as we speak and will be ready to use, just connect to power and an antenna. These are currently only available at the McMichael Radio Rally, so rememebr to visit the TVRG Stand during your visit. TVRG are located together with the other Radio Club Stands.
Martin Lynch & Sons have been a continuous supporter of the McMichael Radio and Electronics Rally and this year has again kindly donated the Raffle Prizes for the Rally Raffle.
As can be seen from the Photo above, Tony has generously donated a Yaesu FT-3165 VHF Transciever for first prize and lots of additional prizes for the runners-up, so remember to buy a ticket (or two) while at the rally.
It was great to meet Tony and the Team at their store in Staines this morning and of course browse the huge display of Radios, accessories and every item you could possibly need. You can view their website here: https://www.hamradio.co.uk/
Thanks again to ML&S for their generosity and support.
